MINIMUM ORDER: Our minimum order amount for this LTL catalog is $500. LTL refers to “less than trailer load” and means your order will be delivered by truck.
SHIPPING PREPAID TO CONTINENTAL USA: Orders from this catalog are shipped by truck, freight prepaid to the continental USA, with $500 minimum order. We also ship directly to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Guam with additional shipping charges. Call our office for this info.
PREPAID SHIPPING EXCEPTIONS IN REMOTE AREAS: There are some areas termed “remote areas” by trucking companies that incur extremely high freight charges. If we receive an order from a remote area, your order may not qualify for prepaid shipping and we will contact you by phone to explore alternative shipping options and charges so you can get your order.
PAYMENT METHODS: To open a credit account, please request our credit application, and email to email@example.com or fax to 915-858-8668. Allow up to two weeks to process your credit application. Credit accounts are only available for regular customers.
SHIPPING TRANSIT TIMES: Orders are shipped from our warehouse in El Paso, TX normally within two business days of receiving. Depending on the distance, the trucking company requires an additional 2- 6 working days to deliver to your store. To be safe, allow a total of eight working days from date order is placed to receive your order.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We ship directly only to USA and its territories. For international orders, we can ship to your freight forwarder in the US who can then forward the order to your country. Call our office for details.
SHORTAGES OR DAMAGES: Shortages or damages must be reported immediately to office. No credit will be issued if reported more than 72 hours after receipt of merchandise. If shipment is short or damaged, please make the appropriate notation on delivery receipt. Call us at 1-888-315-2524 to report discrepancy. Deductions without a valid authorization number will not be accepted.
